When Lufthansa launched its “Nonstop you” campaign in 2012, the new claim signaled the airline’s pledge to view its products and services from the passenger’s point of view. With the goal of making Lufthansa the world’s leading customer-centric airline, the German flag carrier came to Spafax to extend this vision across its inflight entertainment experience.

Driving Passenger Engagement Pre-Flight

Using our proprietary Spafax Profile software, we created a custom online guide to Lufthansa’s inflight entertainment programming. Passengers can enter their flight details to learn what entertainment will be available on their trip, as well as more in-depth information about each program.
