Global media company opens US division to create custom advertiser solutions

NEW YORK, NY – December 15, 2011 – Spafax, the branded content, publishing and media operation is launching Spafax Networks, a solutions-led sales division in the US.

The new venture will leverage Spafax’s global capabilities as a media sales organization to produce and market tailor-made audience solutions in the United States, with a focus on key consumer audiences and their interaction with the expanding footprint of screen network environments. Spafax Networks will create solutions targeted to the business traveler, hospitality, healthcare, retail and education environments. Spafax Networks will develop these solutions integrating a wide set of capabilities from across its portfolio of expertise including OOH, mobile and content development.

The company has also announced the appointment of Patrick Bonomo to Executive Vice President Sales and Operations. Prior to joining Spafax Networks, Patrick was Managing Partner, Digital Operations at MediaCom where he extended its inventive heritage in digital advertising, global campaign management and strengthened their position as a leader of digital advertising solutions.

In addition to New York, Spafax also has locations in London, California, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Frankfurt, Dubai, Santiago de Chile and Singapore.
