Toronto, May 4, 2015 – Following the release of the 2015 PMB Spring report, Air Canada’s enRoute magazine has shown a 3% readership increase in Adult 18+ over the past six months, according to the Spring 2015 Print Measurement Bureau’s Results.
For the past few years Air Canada and Spafax have crafted Air Canada’s enRoute to be Canada’s leading magazine, appealing widely to Canadian travelers, while resonating with hard to reach high net worth consumers and business travelers. Since PMB’s 2011 Spring study, Air Canada’s enRoute has generated a 37% increase in readership among consumers with household incomes of $200,000 or higher, and a 92% increase in readership among consumers with personal incomes in excess of $125,000.
“These stand-out results confirm that we are continuing to grow readership of Air Canada’s enRoute,” says Craig Landry, Vice President Marketing, Air Canada. “The magazine has become a staple to our passenger experience, and continues to meet our business objectives.”
“We are thrilled to see that Air Canada’s enRoute is connecting in a meaningful way with Canadian travellers,” says Nino Di Cara, Executive VP, Content Marketing at Spafax. “It is a wonderful tribute to the consistent effort that our teams have made to deliver engaging, high-quality content tailored for Air Canada’s customers.”
Among magazines measured in PMB, Air Canada’s enRoute magazine offers luxury products and services marketers the highest concentration and coverage of consumers with personal incomes above $150,000 or $200,000. It also delivers the highest concentration of consumers with household incomes in excess of $200,000.
Air Canada’s enRoute magazine generates the highest indices among PMB measured publications against Professionals as well as the popular “Manager, Professional, Owner, Executive” market – well serving key business targets.
