On April 22, Spafax’s Marketing, Brand Alliances, and PR division held an exciting event for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada. The Spafax team organized and managed a luxury event to announce The Integral House, an 18,000 square foot Toronto home, going onto the real estate market for $28M CAD. Located in Rosedale, one of Toronto’s elite residential neighbourhoods, the award-winning property was built for Dr. James Stewart as a space for entertaining, with a 150 person concert hall at its centre.
For this once-in-a-lifetime listing, Spafax’s team was proud to support the Trilogy Agents, the brokers representing this property for Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, with a full-service PR program including media relations, sponsorship outreach and management, and event logistics.
To ensure a memorable experience for guests, Spafax worked with like-minded luxury brands including BMW Canada, The Macallan, Maison Birks to organize a VIP cocktail reception. 200 guests mingled in the home’s concert hall and enjoyed two performances from the Canadian Opera Company before exploring all five floors of the home.
Additionally, Toronto-based media were invited for a private tour of the home led by the home’s architect, Brigitte Shim of Shim-Sutcliffe.
For a subsequent open-house reception the following weekend, Spafax also provided support by negotiating partnerships with Tesla for an exclusive test-drive experience and with Nespresso, who provided an espresso station.
